At Elite Dental Group, we provided emergency care that included root canal treatment on the upper central incisors. Dr. Satish Palayam performed an immediate implant placement for the right lateral incisor and completed a crown lengthening procedure on the palatal side of the right central incisor to support proper restoration. A provisional bridge was then placed to maintain both function and esthetics throughout the healing phase.

After a four month healing period, the final crowns were placed on the central incisors, and the implant for the right lateral incisor was successfully restored and finalized.

This patient presented with significant gum recession affecting the right central tooth, which ultimately required extraction.

Our team carefully planned and executed the placement of an implant supported crown to achieve a natural looking, fully functional esthetic result. The final outcome not only restored the patient’s smile, but also renewed their confidence.
