Dr. Sathish G. Palayam brings over 28 years of clinical excellence to contemporary dentistry, blending deep medical expertise with advanced technology. A graduate of the University of Colorado School of Dentistry, Dr. Sathish has extensive experience in dento alveolar surgery with a subspecialty focus on TMJ and orofacial pain. In addition to his private practice, he serves as a visiting faculty member at the prestigious Harvard University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, where he contributes to the education of future dental leaders.
Driven by a lifelong passion for both medicine and computer technology, Dr. Sathish is recognized as a pioneer in digital and laser dentistry. He is among the first surgeons in New England to implement robotic assisted dynamic navigation systems, 3D cone beam computed tomography CBCT, and fully digital workflows for restorative driven implant surgery including full arch implant supported prosthetics. One of only a select group of dentists in Massachusetts trained in LANAP and LAPIP protocols, Dr. Sathish delivers exceptional precision often within 100 microns resulting in predictable, minimally invasive, and highly accurate outcomes.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Sathish is a respected educator and international speaker, traveling across the U.S. and abroad to train clinicians in advanced implant surgery, laser periodontal procedures, 3D imaging, and virtually painless dental anesthesia. A member of the American Dental Association and a board member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, he is deeply committed to elevating standards of care and compliance within the profession. Supported by his wife, also a renowned dentist, Dr. Sathish brings a combined 56 years of dental experience to their practice. Outside dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his family, participating in theatre, and volunteering, guided by his belief that dentistry is not just his profession but his life’s passion.
